We can arrange for a cook or chef, with payments made directly for their services (groceries at cost and a cooking charge based on your needs). Please inform us in advance to ensure availability. Alternatively, Swiggy and Zomato offer convenient delivery options to the property.
A dedicated caretaker is available for the villa between 10 am and 6 pm. Towels and linens are provided, with changes available upon request, typically every 3 nights, to support our water conservation efforts.

Smoking permitted outdoor only. An additional deep cleaning fee of Rs. 25,000 will be charged if smoking incurred anywhere inside the villa. No parties, photo shoots or events are allowed. No loud music post 10 pm. Pool timings are 8 am to 8 pm. Caretaker timings are 9 am to 4 pm. Only number of guests booked will be permitted in the villa. Acceptance of house rules and pool use terms and conditions to be signed upon arrival. Check in is after 3 pm and check out is before 11 am. Electricity cuts are common in Goa and we are not responsible for power cuts.
