The Villa has been renovated with all the latest amenities you would want for a perfect holiday. Powerful Daikin ACs in the living room and bedrooms, Internet enabled large Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and all the bedrooms, and high speed Internet all throughout the house. An Alexa speaker is all yours to use and play music of your choice. You will have access to your own fully stocked kitchen and dining room.
The Space:
The villa has recently been newly renovated from scratch, so you will have access to brand new interiors, furniture and products. The villa is open and spacious filled with natural sunlight and air.
The layout is perfect for a group of friends or families visiting together for entertainment. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a powder toilet, a dining area, a kitchen and a bedroom with an attached bathroom.

Walking up the beautiful stairs to the first floor, you will find a large foyer with a study table for the work from home concept.
Master Bedroom:
The large master bedroom has a double king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool. The attached bathroom has an oversized tub and shower area equipped with a rainwater shower, along with a walk-in closet. Equipped with blackouts on the windows and the balcony door, so you can be assured of a restful sleep. A 55″ Samsung Smart TV in the bedroom for you to watch Netflix or Internet TV. An electronic safe in the cupboard to keep your valuables.
Second Bedroom:
Besides the master bedroom you will see another beautiful bedroom with a large comfortable king size bed and it’s own balcony overlooking a green, peaceful by-lane. The attached bathroom has a rainwater shower. Equipped with blackouts on the windows and the balcony door, so you can be assured of a restful sleep. A 55″ Samsung Smart TV in the bedroom for you to watch Netflix or Internet TV.
Third Bedroom:
This ground floor bedroom has a beautiful view of the plants and flowers with a large comfortable king size bed. Equipped with sheer and blackouts on the windows so you can be assured of a restful sleep. A 55″ Samsung Smart TV in the bedroom for you to watch Netflix or Internet TV.
All the windows are of sound proof of Fenesta brand.
The Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen includes a modern cooking range with chimney of KAFF, toaster, oven, microwave, kettle and sandwich grill. It is stocked with pots and pans, crockery and cutlery if you wish to prepare a home cooked meal. There is a water purifier tap in the kitchen sink which provides safe and clean drinking water.
While staying at the villa, you will have access to a washing machine and dryer.
The Dining Area:
The dining area has a large dining console with the best crockery, cutlery and glassware for a great dining experience. Also it is a perfect setup for a bar counter.
To make your stay comfortable we provide the following:

Our pricing is based on the number of guests who stay with us. Please be sure to enter the accurate number of guests while making a booking.
The Olympic sized pool is shared between the villas and is accessible from your private living room deck. Pool timings are 8 am to 8 pm.
The electricity is erratic in Goa and while we have an invertor that can provide power for a few hours, there are chances of longer electricity outages.
Most areas in Goa are not walkable and guests are advised to rent a car for the duration of their stay in Goa.

Smoking permitted outdoor only. An additional deep cleaning fee of Rs. 25,000 will be charged if smoking incurred anywhere inside the villa. No parties, photo shoots or events are allowed. No loud music post 10 pm. Pool timings are 8 am to 8 pm. Caretaker timings are 9 am to 4 pm. Only number of guests booked will be permitted in the villa. Acceptance of house rules and pool use terms and conditions to be signed upon arrival. Check in is after 3 pm and check out is before 11 am. Electricity cuts are common in Goa and we are not responsible for power cuts.
