1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Casa Amore Homes website (casaamorehomes.com) and making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation and receive the required advance payment. A 50% advance payment is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before check-in.

By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are at least 18 years of age. The lead guest must be present during the entire stay.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed per night and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Prices may vary based on season, duration of stay, and number of guests. Additional charges may apply for extra guests beyond the standard capacity, early check-in, late check-out, or special services.

For Indian properties, prices are in INR and applicable taxes (GST) will be added. For international properties, prices are in USD. Currency conversion charges, if any, are borne by the guest.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been received, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

This strict no-refund policy applies to all properties, all dates, and all booking types — including peak season, off-season, and last-minute reservations. No exceptions will be made regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:

• Change of travel plans or personal circumstances
• Flight cancellations or travel delays
• Visa or immigration issues
• Medical or health-related reasons
• Weather conditions
• No-show at the property

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, and unforeseen events prior to completing their booking.

In rare cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government-imposed travel bans, etc.) that make it physically impossible to access the property, Casa Amore Homes may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future stay. This is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges. Guests must vacate the property by the agreed check-out time.

6. House Rules

Guests are expected to adhere to the following rules at all properties:

• No smoking indoors
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Respect neighbors and surrounding community
• Pool/jacuzzi access during designated hours only (typically 8 AM - 8 PM)
• No illegal activities on the premises
• Report any damages or issues immediately

Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

7. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit amount varies by property and will be communicated at the time of booking. The deposit is returned within 7 business days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Deductions may be made for damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or violation of house rules.

8. Liability

Casa Amore Homes shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the use of our properties. Guests are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety. We recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance for their trip.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) that make it impossible to honor a booking, we will work with guests to reschedule or provide a full refund.

9. Guest Capacity

Each property has a maximum guest capacity that must not be exceeded. The number of guests must be declared at the time of booking. Additional guests beyond the declared number may incur extra charges or may not be permitted, depending on the property.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Casa Amore Homes website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Casa Amore Homes and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India for Goa properties, the laws of the State of Florida for Miami properties, and the laws of Turkey for Istanbul properties. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the respective jurisdiction.
