The Villa has been renovated with all the latest amenities you would want for a perfect holiday. ACs in the living room and bedrooms, Internet enabled large Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and one bedroom, and high speed Internet all throughout the house. A bluetooth speaker is all yours to use and play music of your choice. You will have access to your own kitchen and dining room.
The villa is brand new, so you will have access to brand new interiors, furniture and products. The villa is open and spacious, filled with natural sunlight and air.
The layout is perfect for a group of friends or families visiting together for entertainment. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a full bathroom, a dining area, a kitchen and a bedroom with an attached bathroom.

The large master bedroom has a double king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a balcony with a swing. The attached bathroom has an oversized tub and shower area equipped with a rainwater shower, along with a walk-in closet. Equipped with blackouts on the windows and the balcony door, so you can be assured of a restful sleep. A 55″ Smart TV in the bedroom for you to watch Netflix or Internet TV. An electronic safe in the cupboard to keep your valuables.
Besides the master bedroom you will see another beautiful bedroom with a large comfortable king size bed and its own balcony overlooking a green, peaceful by-lane. The attached bathroom has a rainwater shower. Equipped with blackouts on the windows and the balcony door, so you can be assured of a restful sleep.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a modern cooking range with chimney, toaster, oven, microwave, kettle and sandwich grill. It is stocked with pots and pans, crockery and cutlery if you wish to prepare a home cooked meal. There is a water purifier tap in the kitchen sink which provides safe and clean drinking water.
While staying at the villa, you will have access to a washing machine and dryer.
The dining area has a large dining console with the best crockery, cutlery and glassware for a great dining experience. Also it is a perfect setup for a bar counter.

For all meals, our caretaker can prepare and arrange them according to your preferences. Groceries will be provided at cost, and a cooking charge based on your requirements will apply. Please inform us in advance so the menu can be arranged accordingly. Payments for these services are made directly to the caretaker at the property. Alternatively, Swiggy and Zomato offer delivery right to the property gate.
We have parking in the complex for cars and bikes (1 vehicle per booking). It is recommended to hire a car or bike for your entire stay in Goa as most places are not walkable.
