The Site, including all content, images, photographs, logos, and other materials, as well as the copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and other intellectual property rights in such materials, are owned by the Company or its licensors and affiliates. Unauthorized use of any content from this Site is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.
All bookings made through the Site are non-refundable and non-cancellable. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, understanding that no refunds or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances.
A security deposit is required for all bookings made through our website. This deposit will be collected at the time of booking and will be held as a guarantee against any potential damages or violations of the booking terms. The security deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property following your stay, provided no damages or breaches of the terms have occurred.
As a user of this Site, you agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. You agree not to engage in any activities that may damage, interfere with, or disrupt access to the Site or any of its content.
The Company shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Site, or any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Casa Amore Homes operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

For online direct bookings, we ask you to provide your credit or debit card or netbanking information so that we can process your payment via our payment processor Razorpay. During the ordering process, such credit card information is transmitted to a credit card processing company who then charges your credit card on our behalf. The amount to be charged on your credit card will depend on the purchases you have made. All purchases made via our website are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
No one under the age of 18 should provide any financial or even personal information. In general, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the event that we learn that we have collected information from a child under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete this information from our database as quickly as possible. If you believe the website has any information about anyone under the age 18, please contact us.
CONDITIONS FOR CHECK IN / CHECKOUT: Check-in time: 3 PM and Check-out time: 11 AM
Each guest shall provide valid Government ID and Address Proof (Passport, Driving Licence or Aadhaar Card). For Non-Indian Nationals, each member of the group shall provide their passport containing a valid Indian visa including a copy of the picture page and visa page.
A fee equal to one night stay will be charged for not checking out on time.
VILLA CARETAKER: Caretaker timings are 9 am to 4 pm and caretaker responsibilities are limited to basic cleaning of the Villa only.
BREAKFAST: If breakfast is included in Guest’s booking, the timings will strictly be 9 am to 12 pm and the breakfast items will be chosen from the prepared menu. No additional items will be available.
CHILDREN: Guests under 18 years of age and children must be accompanied and supervised by adults at all times in and around the Villa.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit is to be paid before check-in. Amount may be retained for any unpaid payments related to extra guests, utilization of chargeable amenities such as late checkout, any damages to the Villa, for any damages to electronics or furniture, deep cleaning, etc.
SMOKING: It is strictly prohibited to smoke or vape or use e-cigarettes in the Villa. If this rule is violated, a penalty of Rs. 25,000 will be charged and immediate eviction from the Villa will be initiated.
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE USE: It is strictly prohibited to produce, carry or use any illegal substances prohibited by the Government of India. Any violation of this rule will be immediately reported to law enforcement and strict action will be taken accompanied by instant eviction from the villa.
PETS: Pets are permitted with prior written permission of the villa owner only. A deep cleaning fee of Rs. 25,000 will be charged if this rule is violated.
ELECTRICITY: There can be intermittent power cuts, load shedding in the area of Villa. Guests are requested to cooperate with us. No refund will be provided in case of electricity power cuts.
COVENANT FOR CARE OF THE PROPERTY: No damage should be caused by the Guests to the villa and the fittings, fixtures, furniture, electronics, articles or any other thing provided in or around the villa. Any damage caused will be charged to the Guests. Guests are requested to turn off all the AC’s, lights and fans when they are not in the Villa. The main door, room doors and windows must be locked at all times.
NUMBER OF RESIDING GUESTS: Number of guests accommodated in the villa shall in no circumstances exceed the number as agreed at the time of booking. No visitors are allowed. In case a guest wishes to invite non-residents to visit the villa they shall take prior consent from the owner and same shall be subject to such additional fees and terms and conditions as may be decided by the owner.
EVENTS/PARTIES/COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY/SHOOTING: Events or parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. It is forbidden to move the furniture of the villa from their original placement. Commercial photography or shooting is strictly prohibited.
FLAMMABLE ITEMS: The guest shall ensure that inflammable, explosive items or any other items or substances which may be injurious to health, are not stored in the Villa.
LOST, STOLEN OR ABANDONED ARTICLES: Villa Owner or Villa staff shall not be held responsible for the safety/loss or theft/damage of any article of the guest and/or his/her visitors from the Villa.
INSECTS AND OTHER ANIMALS: The Villa is amidst nature. Although pest control services are conducted regularly, some insects, snakes and even other animals find access to the Villa. Guests are required to keep doors and windows shut and take every effort to take cautionary measures necessary for Guests personal protection.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No loud music is permitted and guests are requested to respect the neighbors.
CAUTION DURING MONSOONS: Due to continuous rains, the Villa can develop moss which could prove to be very slippery. Guests are required to take due care in and around the Villa.
LIABILITY: Villa Owner or staff shall not be responsible for the liability arising out of any claims, expenses, financial or property loss or damage, arising from injury, accident, death, delay, alteration or inconvenience, by whatever cause including airline scheduling, default, strike, terrorism, war, hostility, civil disturbance, quarantine, or resulting directly or indirectly from Act of God. We take no liability or responsibility for injury, accident or death involving the swimming pool, falling coconuts, electricity failures, electricity surges, snake or animal bites or for any other accident, and/or injury in the Villa premises or in the area.
UNDERTAKING TO USE THE PREMISES: The guests shall adhere to the rules of the Villa.
The use of the swimming pool shall be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein below:
Guests will be utilizing the pool WITHOUT the benefit of a lifeguard. The Villa Owners or Villa Staff shall not be held responsible in case of any injury, death by drowning or any other harm caused by usage of the swimming pool. Pool rules and conditions may vary from time to time.
SWIMMING POOL WAIVER: The guest understands the pool rules and conditions mentioned above and agrees to the same. They further understand that pool use is a privilege that can be revoked at any time. The guest releases the villa owners from any responsibility/liability including death of any person due to drowning or any other reason. The guest is responsible for their group members and they will be held liable for their actions. The guest further states that they have read the entire rules and regulations and terms and conditions mentioned above to all their group members and have their explicit agreement to the same.
By using this website, staying in any of our villas or properties the guest hereby acknowledges that they have read all the rules and regulations of the villa, terms and conditions mentioned above and they are in acceptance of the same. By signing this form they release the Villa Owner and Villa Staff from any responsibility/liability for loss of property or life.The guests are responsible for their group members and they will be held liable for their actions. The guests further state that they have read the entire rules and regulations and terms and conditions mentioned above to all their group members and have their explicit agreement to the same.
